a contortionist or even touch your toes! Becky's instruction allows you to progress at
your own pace, regardless of fitness level.
Becky's teaching style is based on the principles of Classical Hatha Yoga, Iyengar
Yoga and Structural Yoga Therapy. Emphasis is placed on precise yet gentle body
alignment to safely achieve maximum benefit. Each class includes postures for building a
stronger and more flexible body, conscious breathing and guided deep relaxation.
