CLASS SCHEDULE


Beginning Yoga  - 6-week series
Saturdays, Mar. 11 to Apr. 15
11:00 a.m - 12:15 p.m.


This 6-week series makes it easy for anyone to get started in yoga and begin feeling healthier right away! Perfect for brand-new beginners, continuing students, or those returning to yoga after some time away. You will learn a gentle approach to basic yoga poses that develop flexibility, strength, vitality, posture and balance. Each class will also include breathing techniques to calm the body and mind, as well as guided deep relaxation. You'll receive handouts to make practicing at home easy. Yoga mats and other props are provided.

$90 for the 6-week series (make up classes are allowed)

Registration required, as space is limited.




Hatha Yoga
Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
(ongoing, start anytime)


A mixed-level class for developing vitality, strength, flexibility, balance and serenity through the exploration of mindful body alignment, conscious breathing and inner awareness.


Gentle Yoga
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.
(ongoing, start anytime)

Do "regular" yoga classes feel too vigorous? Try this slow-paced, nurturing approach to yoga. Learn how to modify traditional yoga poses to create more ease and steadiness in your body through postural alignment and the use of yoga props and chairs.

Private sessions and Individualized Yoga Therapy: $80 per hour


Classes will be cancelled if driving conditions are unsafe due to extreme weather.
